The Cygnus Research Corporation, in conjunction with DSI, Inc., successfully deployed a mission critical case management system for the Drug Enforcement Administration.

After encountering technical impasses with previous development teams, DEA sought out the expertise of Cygnus developers. Cygnus was able to devise innovative techniques to develop the complicated system features and meet all customer requested requirements. The resulting application was deployed in pilot and received an overwhelmingly positive customer response.

Currently the application is deployed throughout the United States and internationally, serving over 5000 agents in the line of duty. This success of this complicated and critical application showcases the extreme innovation and dedication characteristic of Cygnus development teams.
